[ Today on the Misadventures of Supergirl™ and Cool Guy™, Sherry finds herself in a tiny, German town, sent to investigate a (seemingly) abandoned research facility, which, in the past, had been under the govenment's watchful eye for suspicion of illegal biochemical research. Though it had been abandoned for a good ten years now, the fallout of the C-Virus incident has made the DSO especially wary of any potential global threats.

It had only been a year, but there had been numerous raids on various facilities, all of which came up empty. Sherry couldn't say she wasn't a little cautious, though. Just arriving moments before, she opted to stop at a nearby cafe to grab a quick bite to eat. It had been a long flight.

Taking a seat in the not-so-fine establishment, Sherry perused the menu (which she only partially understood), and settled for a simple café au lait. She stared down at her phone, bored, rereading the mission's guidelines over and over again, when a group of brutish looking men strolled over. ]

Hey, fräulein, that's a nice phone. Mind if we see it? [ Sherry takes a moment to even realize she's being spoken to; she looks up, then slowly reaches down with her free hand to where her stun rod rests. ] Sorry, no can do. This is government issued. Do you need to make a call.

[ and, with a growl, the men slowly approach, not even bothering to reply to her inquiry. Sherry rises, and brandishes her stun rod, firing off a warning zap. ] Stay back! I don't want to hurt you, but if I have to.. let's not let it come to that, alright?
