[ VIDEO / ACTION IN FRONT OF 1469 ]
[ hi, holly heights! enjoying your pond monster dreams full of almost-but-not-quite murder? good! because right now they're going to be interrupted by a young teenage boy standing on what appears to be 1469's lawn chair.
he's managed to pick up a couple of things (read: absolutely next to nothing) about this newfangled holly heights place, but the things he has picked up are both concerning and useful! this phone, for instance, which he's using to make a video post right now. grave expression on his face, he speaks: ]
Unknown surroundings... a lone bear, what he knows ripped apart from him sits--no, stands!--on a lawn chair, communicating with the world at large regardless of the struggle...
[ yeah. that was a tagline in a deep, deep voice. now, said voice is pitching up back to normal. ]
Ahem! Good morningafternoon, Holly Heights. My nose [ more like network lurking ] smells a lot of things in the wild out here. Lonely swamp-pond monsters! Guinea pigs! Lost people! Bearnappers! And, most importantly, suit stealers.
Can you believe it? While I was sleeping, someone out there stole my fuzzy fur! So, this is my warning to the public at large. If you see a talking blue bear wandering out there, he's a beary big phony! Kanji, you're first on my suspect list!
[ a pause. ]
... If you're even out there. Sensei, Yosuke, Chie-chan, Yuki-chan, Rise-chan, Nao-chan, I'm here now! So if you're out there too, come out of hiding! And uh... for the rest of you guys, too--the ones who've never seen me before. I'm Teddie! It's nice to meet you.
[ were those sparkles? is he sparkling? yeah. he is. ]
And you know, while I'm here... Sarah-chan! I'm here for you! So forget about being a lonely swamp-pond monster, and become a not-lonely-swamp-pond monster! ... I think that's it.
