[ Pictured on camera: a boy and his dr-- okay, no, no dragon. It's just Hiccup, holding up a sizeable sheet of paper that he's looking rather quizzically at. ] A green circle with "boring tree area" isn't exactly informative map material, Jack.

[ A white, upside down head joins the boy in front of the camera, answering with a dismissive gesture of his hand. ] It totally is! There is a bunch of trees there, what else can you even say about it?

That's actually-- [ A good point. There really isn't anything else to say, made obvious by the fact Hiccup seems to pause, ponder some kind of response to that comment, and then moves his attention to their imaginary audience with a hand gesture of his own. ] Actually, let's focus on this, them, the-- probably large number of confused people on the other end wondering what the point of all this is.

Oh, sure, they are the confused ones. Not the three fliers-- [ Yes, he's counting the dragon. ] --that can't figure out a map by themselves. [ Jack sounds really frustrated - seems his ego is kinda hurt. And to burn that frustration, he'll take out his blue marker and add more commentary to Hiccup's map. ] Go ahead, ask them. But if we couldn't figure it out...

Come on, Jack. [ A small exhale, almost a sigh, though he seems to get the bit of frustration on the spirit's end (he feels a fair bit of his own). With that, Hiccup turns fully to the camera, and offers the following. ] For the people scratching their heads with the rest of us, we're looking to start a... map, to get some kind of idea about how everything outside is. It's a bit of a work in progress right now, if "boring tree area" isn't an indication of how far we've gotten.

[ The descriptions are super. They really are. Seriously, Jack's snort here should indicate how true that statement is. ]

So, what we're asking... If anyone's going out there to explore outside the colony, it'd be great if you told us what you found, where you found it. We can start piecing together some kind of general idea of how the place is mapped out, avoid wasting too much time making repeat trips.

Yeah, repeat trips, that's the real problem. Not suffocation or anything like that. [ He pauses in his doodling and frowns at the map. Or more accurately, at the sad attempt of a map. ] Where did the other elements end up anyway? Think "fire area so not worth it" is too long for a red circle?

... And that. [ Suffocation and POISON AIR!! is the main reason they can't spend all their time wandering around, but Hiccup wanted to be a little less morbid than "let's not waste too much time probably-maybe-dying". That first part's to Jack, and then back to Everyone Else. ] But, uh, that's it. Just... [ Now, this Viking's moving up to turn off the Cerevice with a shake of the head and an off-camera: ]

We don't even know where that fire area is yet--

[ A groan coming from certain spirit is the last thing heard as the feed is turned off. Nobody cares about fire areas, Hiccup. Tsk, tsk. ]
